Braga Portugal

Braga, Portugal – 2025. Braga is in northern Portugal about 50km northwest of Porto. I spent a week there while working on a Fuller Center for Housing project. It was founded by Romans as Bracara Augusta an it’s one of Portugal's oldest cities. The old city features medieval, baroque, and renaissance style building, churches, palaces and mansions and has a number of beautiful squares. The build team did a guided tour of the old city area and visited it several times because it is an interesting place to walk around and there are a lot of nice restaurants.
